Missing information
I usually don't go to fast food places, however, after waiting for over an 1/2 hour we finally received our orders. I had a vegetable pot pie and my mother a creamy cheese broccoli soup.
It was horrible. The soup was look warm and my dish was overly salty. I was curious and googled the sodium content of my dish and to my surprise that is what I found:
Hearty Vegetable Pot Pie with Saturated Fat 17g 85% and Sodium 2510mg 109%. These 2 nutrition facts are way over your daily limit.
No wonder people end up with heart attacks and strokes. Put fat and sodium content on your Menu.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Non delivery of food and no answer when calling
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I spent significant time on the phone trying to get through to the store but could not.
After almost THREE hours, our order was delivered. In the meantime we ordered from a different restaurant and were already done eating.
The next day I called and finally spoke to someone who gave a $30 credit on account. The order was $37 but since we got the food and put in the fridge for the next day, I accepted this credit amount.
I placed an order for delivery of the location on Consumers in Whitby, a 5-8 minute drive from my place. TWO hours later the food has still not been delivered and they will not answer the phone.
Called customer service three times and they insist only the store can help with delivery times and refunds. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Just observing over past several years the chicken portions are getting smaller like KFC and the prices are sky rocketing???
These deals are no deals??been going to Swiss Chalet throughout the years need to revisit your past experiences with your business objectives .remember it's just chicken.not Organic and not a T bone stake.

After sending it back she brought me another order this time the chicken looked beautiful but when eating it it was like eating a mouthful of mushy baby food it was disgusting the fries were not cooked they were like eating mashed potatoes I didn't end up eating nothing today a waste of time stopping now I know why it took me a year to go back from the last time it'll be a long time again before I ever go back then the owner says don't worry it's on me on me I didn't even get to eat anything I am at a conference meeting now and sitting here starving because I only had a limited amount of time before I had my meeting and then I get back to the hotel and what I did take a couple bites of the chicken I end up with the *** disgusting

I have experienced the worst customer service; my order did not arrive in the guaranteed time. The driver called seven times, each time I explained he was at the wrong building and needed to drive straight for 300 feet and then turn left. Eventually, we had to go find him. Normally, I wouldn't care about being a few minutes late. To be honest, I never check, nor would I complain if the service is good. However, this time it wasn't. We had to find the driver, my food was not in a heat bag, and he placed my food on the cold wet cement. I called to complain, which was already 5 minutes past the guaranteed time, but I was mostly upset because of the poor service. Because the driver had not yet registered the delivery in the system, the nice young man I spoke to told me to call back and he would refund all my money.
By the time I found the driver, reheated my cold food, and ate, the restaurant was closed. I called the next day. I waited 13 minutes just for someone to answer before being put on hold, transferred, and then disconnected. I called back, told the girl my issue, and was informed she couldn't help me. I needed to be transferred and waited another 14 minutes for a response. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes, only for her to return and say she couldn't help me. I asked for a number in case the call didn't connect, which it didn't, so I called the restaurant directly and explained the situation to the manager. I was told he was busy dealing with his current customers and would call me back within 30 minutes, except he called over an hour and a half later.
He told me he would give me a $25 credit, but I refused as I had paid almost $50. I was treated poorly and my order arrived late despite being time guaranteed. I was told 'oh wow, it was just a few minutes', and was blamed for the driver not being able to access the building. The manager seemed to have missed the part where we had gone out and found the driver who never entered my building. I argued for my full refund, reminding him that I paid $46. He agreed to this, however when I called today, the sum had somehow dropped to $37. I was put on hold for half an hour, only to be told they wouldn't fully honor it after all.
All our conversations had been recorded, but they refused to check the recording. They treated me poorly, wasted my time and my money. I had to make five phone calls, spent an hour on hold, and worked too hard for them to honor their promises...

On February 14th, I ordered my food online at 6:00 PM. I was told to pick it up at 6:50 PM.
I arrived at the Salem and Taunton location and was surprised by the amount of people waiting for their orders. I made my way to the counter to let them know that I was there for my food, and they said I had to wait 30 minutes.
I ended up waiting longer, got home to find items missing from everything I ordered. I had my dinner after 8 PM with missing food.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They offered a 50 dollar discount on futureorders with an apology.
I accepted their offer.Obviously getting in touch with pissed consumer helped. Thx again
Unsatisfactory. Nothing was resolved the night of the incident.
They didnt do enough to rectify the issue.
I believe they could have helped by contacting the restaurant. I tried myself but no one would answer the phone.

You could train your personnel better...this problem of missing part of the order after arriving home happens way too often to us after confirming our order via the drive through...your Grimsby Outlet will not answer their phone to complain and resolve the issue again today...in the past they would appologize and deliver the missing item that would always arrive too late to eat with the rest of the order that was personally picked up...we love Swiss Chalet and would stop using the Grimsby Store if there was another outlet convenient to us...We have no choice but to go back to Colonel Saunders, at least they don't screw up!!!
Very upset seniors, DO NOT BUY FROM THE GRIMSBY OUTLET!!!

No beef
My wife read beef was back at Swiss chalet so she phoned the Peterbourgh store lansdowne and was told this was correct.We live about 30 to 40 minutes away but look forward to the beef dinner.we get there only to be told there is no beef would we like chicken parm.we were asked if the person we talked to had an accent and that was it ,No way to run a business and customer service sucks

I received a coupon because I bought two meals last week. The coupon does not expire until December 29th.
Buy a $50 gift card and receive a coupon for a free quarter chicken dinner. The Mount Pearl location would not honor the coupon today when I tried to use it. They said they were all out as it was for a limited time. I'm unsure if they meant they were out of coupons or quarter chicken dinners.
The coupon clearly states it's valid until December 29th.
Their customer service was not impressive, I must say. I am very disappointed in this restaurant.

Have someone to receive you at the entrance, I had to go to the kitchen to look for someone.
I went for lunch at 3.45pmthen another two tables arrived later
They put us on the table and took 8 minutes after my wife returned to the kitchen looking for service. (We Were the only table in this section) First, get more employees to serve the tables.
Service is really slow
20 minutes after we finish eating I still had the dirty plates in front of me
Clean the floors properly since they are sticking and full of grease or something else. Swiss Chalet is not a pleasent place to eat anymore.

I really enjoy Swiss Chalet and dine in and order online for delivery frequently. I tried the new chicken parm and was very disappointed. It is pressed chicken and will not order again.
As mentioned above very disappointed in not having the rotisserie chicken topped with melted cheese and sauce. Very hard and not
very tasty.
It is being offered for a limited time only which is a good thing.
I am sure you may get the same review.
Other than that. Swiss Chalet is always good and very happy with
the customer service.

My son and I went to Swiss Chalet today for lunch. He ordered the ribs and chicken Christmas meal.
I had ordered a chicken meal, and my chicken looked like it was leftover from somebody else's dish. It was already cut up and part of the bone was missing. I will not come back here again. I used to come here all the time with my son as he grew up throughout the years.
Plus, the ceiling was leaking; they had to put a bucket, and you could hear the water falling into it. The tile that was there was already bent, so if you looked up, you would've seen it all disordered and stained.
User's recommendation: Coast to another restaurant and enjoy it. The prices are the same as somewhere else with better food.
Food was handled great and chicken was good but not the fries
I understand that when the fries are cooked, they also use the skins, and sometimes have spuds, but eating cooked moldy fries is totally unacceptable. Youd think a restaurant like this would have the manpower and quality assurance to not cut, cook and serve moldy fries
